All our branches are accessible for wheelchair users, and have accessible ground floor interview rooms.
Every branch has a power-assisted or automated entrance door.
Each of our 12 branches have been refurbished to improve the layout and accessibility for members. This includes lower desk positions in the engagement zones and private meeting rooms.
Our Head Office and branch on St Edward Street, can be accessed through our accessible entrance via our visitor’s car park at the rear of the building, or via the side entrance on Strangman Street. Further information about visiting our Head Office Building can be found below.
Our aim is to communicate with you clearly and concisely to ensure your accessibility needs are being met. With this, we've taken steps to provide as many key communications as possible to you in accessible formats.
